I tailor my interventions to meet the individual needs of each client and combine evidence-based practices with a person-centered approach. I am fluent in English and Spanish and I am passionate about working with the Latinx/e and Hispanic community.
I am certified in EMDR and use it to relieve symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and to process many other issues. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques, parts work, and CBT. I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for those who are interested.
