I am a licensed clinical social worker, EMDR- Certified. My clients have anxiety and/or depression often as a result of trauma/grief/daily stressors. I provide a safe place to heal while providing a compassionate and validating relationship. I utilize teletherapy to process thoughts and emotions while also offering EMDR, CBT and/or DBT.
Providing a creative and safe space to express your thoughts and feelings through a variety of therapeutic approaches including DBT, EMDR, coaching, and CBT.
Whatever you are going through, whatever comes up for you I encourage you to allow yourself to be genuine, say what needs to be said and feel what needs feeling.
