My clients are women who feel trapped in patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that no longer serve their best interests. They often feel anxious, sad, and not in control of their emotions and reactions. They may feel lost, unsure of who they are, and want to increase self-awareness and break past cycles. I am experienced in supporting women healing from trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and unhealthy relationship patterns.

I am a licensed therapist trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, and Integrative Somatic Trauma therapy. I identify as neurodivergent and have personal and professional experience with neurodiverse families and parenting neurodiverse children.

I provide a safe space to process past and present experiences, deepen self-awareness, and heal. I best support clients who are open to an active process, deeper work, and ready to move beyond traditional talk therapy.
