My clients are women who feel trapped in patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that no longer serve their best interests. They often feel anxious, sad, and not in control of their emotions and reactions. They may feel lost, unsure of who they are, and want to increase self-awareness and break cycles of the past. I have experience supporting those healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and navigating life transitions.
I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified health coach, and hold an additional certification in integrative somatic trauma therapy. I lean towards a combination of traditional talk therapy, internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, and polyvagal. I have experience with neurodiversity and parenting neurodiverse children.
I offer a non-judgmental and safe space where you can process past and present experiences, explore your feelings, problem-solve, and heal. I am best suited to support clients looking to deepen their self-awareness, understand how their past influences their present, and are open to exploring new approaches.
