I specialize stress reduction for all ages, perinatal mental health, adjusting families, childhood behavior, and limited substance use support. I use a systems perspective to identify stressors within relationships & families. I use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, IPT (Level A), play therapy, expressive (art) therapies. Bringing Baby Home Educator.
