I’m Melissa Shaw, LCSW-BACS, Wellness Coach and have 23+ years experience helping people move through life’s real, raw, and often overwhelming seasons. I work with adolescents, college students, men, women, and families by supporting them with compassion, insight, and a sincere belief in their ability to heal and grow.
Stressors such as: identity, relationships, burnout, life transitions will find a safe space where we identify your strengths, uncover patterns, and build practical tools that help. I offer support to manage anxiety, set boundaries, communicate well, process depression/grief, parent confidently, be a better partner, to be authentically you and more.
My practice is strictly private pay. My goal is not long-term dependence, but meaningful progress to empower clients to build healthy foundations with a positive rippling effect that last long after our work ends. I believe in a collaborative approach and look forward to us working together to restore or build the wellness you deserve.
