Are you struggling right now? Hurting? Maybe confused? Are you feeling stressed/anxious? Have you experienced a loss/pain, that you don’t feel like other people understand? (Like losing someone to suicide). Maybe you’ve tried to talk to friends, or even another therapist, but just didn’t feel comfortable, or even supported. If you hear bits of yourself while reading this, then I can help. My goal is to create a space that is supportive, encouraging, and non judgmental for clients; where it’s okay to cry and laugh as well. Humor has a place in therapy and is something I use as well!
I work with clients to create a game-plan for decisions/struggles they are facing. Working with young adults/college students/adults to tackle life transitions is an area I’m passionate about. I also have worked with survivors of suicide loss, a grief that is often complicated, but believe healing is possible when given the space to process this pain.
I know starting therapy can be scary, & so can sharing your story, & that’s ok. Do it scared. Reach out while being scared, show up to therapy scared.
