I work with adults, young professionals, and adolescents to live better. It’s time to scrape off the judgments and with a good dose of self-compassion, figure out what's keeping you stuck. We’ll work together to gain understanding, build an emotional toolbox, set goals, and try on new perspectives. I offer Brainspotting, a brain-body therapy that helps you process stuck emotional pain, trauma, or ruminations. My expertise and experience show up in every session to create a safe space for you to make the changes you are seeking. I will challenge you, laugh with you, hold healing space for you.
With 15 of clinical experience in a variety of settings, I specialize in anxiety management, social anxiety, depression, and traumatic grief. Additionally, I help clients with motivation, stress/overwhelm, life-transitions, family conflict or separation, career transitions, trauma, parenting and much more.
I am trained in many different theoretical approaches, but my work often closely aligns with IFS (internal family systems), ACT, and Attachment Work. I believe in finding and utilizing personal strengths, that small changes lead to big changes, and everyone benefits from a little more mindfulness and self-care! Looking forward to working with you.
