Being human is complicated, and sometimes life lands us in a season we definitely didn't feel prepared for. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationships, and major transitions. I'm especially drawn to the moments that shake up how we see ourselves: becoming a parent, getting a diagnosis that suddenly explains a lot, losing someone, questioning long-held beliefs, or realizing the old ways of getting through life aren't working anymore. We can start wherever you are.
I'm trained in Perinatal Mental Health and love supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, including those discovering ADHD in adulthood. I also welcome clients untangling rigid or harmful religious beliefs while honoring wherever they are in their faith journey. We'll notice patterns, make connections, and find what fits.
