Licensed in counseling and art therapy, I help adults who are feeling stuck and are desiring change. I believe we all are capable of leading a fulfilling life with the right support and tools. I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, work/life stressors, life transitions, relationships, and creative blocks. Together we will work to reduce your symptoms, identify and replace defective patterns, strengthen your inner resilience, and improve your quality of life.
I utilize an eclectic person-centered approach that incorporates acceptance, self-compassion, and mindfulness. I incorporate evidence-based therapy techniques to meet individual needs. Including: DBT mindfulness and distress tolerance, somatic (mind & body) interventions, and ACT. For those interested, I also have extensive training in art therapy.
I see every client as an individual with a unique set of wants and needs. I strive to create a compassionate environment rooted in trust, warmth, and partnership.
