My ideal clients are curious adults who sense something important lives beneath the surface. Often carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout after experiences of boundary violations, childhood sexual abuse, or parentification.
They feel pressure, shame, and a persistent sense of not being enough. They need solitude to regulate, yet deeply want others nearby. Caught in the confusing pull between longing for connection and needing to withdraw.
Through intuitive, somatic, and collaborative work, we build body safety and give voice to what's gone unspoken. Clients begin to tolerate more closeness and move toward a more liberate.
My work is grounded in relational somatics, a body-based approach. We'll explore how your nervous system learned to survive, and how it can learn something new. I move at the pace of safety, and I listen to what lives beneath your words: breath, sensation, impulse, pattern. Together, we notice what arises in the relationship and learn something different
