I have experience and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I offer support for adults, children, and adolescents and work to create a genuine, trusting relationship where clients feel safe, and comfortable to be themselves. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, relationship conflict, parenting, self-esteem, and overall everyday stressors. I have extensive training and experience working with high conflict families as well as children and adolescents with severe behavioral issues. I also enjoy working with couples to assist with barriers in communication, connectedness, and intimacy.
We believe that therapy is collaborative process between the client and the therapist which assists in resolving client's specific needs and concerns, and enriches the overall quality of the client's life beyond just problem solving.
We believe that in therapy recognizing that our past is always a part of our present, helps us to understand how our earliest relationships and experiences have shaped our present selves, and most importantly, how to use this awareness to avoid repeating unhealthy patterns which undermine our ability to live happy, full lives.

If you are seeking licensure as a marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, or a clinical social worker in Pennsylvania, I am able to provide clinical supervision for your work. If you are an MFT working toward licensure, your hours with me will count toward the credentialing process because I am currently an "AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate". Clinical supervision if also offered for seasoned clinicians who would like extra support. I'm offering supervision in an individual or group setting.
