I have my bachelors in Social Work and earned my masters degree in 2013. I have most of my experience in substance abuse treatment as well as depression and anxiety disorders. I love being able to provide a listening ear and give back to those who want to be heard.
I approach therapy from a holistic standpoint and like to focus on all areas of an individual’s life. Though the focus for the session may be more centered on a specific area, which can connect to multiple areas and improve ones overall life. We can work on this together.
