I use an integrative, relational approach, tailoring treatment to your unique needs. My expertise includes helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, burnout, relationship difficulties, depression, grief, and struggles with self-care. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on creating lasting change.
