My goal is to partner with you in looking at your life-story, and identifying and overcoming the blockages to a peaceful way of being. I am a licensed expressive art therapist and counselor with over 25 years experience. My practice integrates traditional Psychoanalysis with Expressive Therapies and Existential Humanism to resolve conflicts and crises. My approaches include DBT/mindfulness therapy, narrative therapy, existential humanism, yoga therapy and Jungian dream analysis.
I treat individuals of all ages, and have expertise with issues of depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues. My work with children involves art, play and sandtray therapy.
