I work with adult individuals and couples helping them to unpack life’s challenges in order to find understanding, compassion, positive sense of self, relational intimacy, and healing.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples with concerns such as communication, conflict, divorce, infidelity, and loss of connection, anger, anxiety, depression, parenting, and other relationship issues. In addition, I have a heart for working with the elderly in relation to life transitions.
Life has been a great teacher: My professional and personal experience working with couples, families and the elderly has been extremely rewarding. Observing and researching relational interactions, including my own, has deepened my understanding of healing, life meaning, hope, joy, love and connection.
