My work focuses on providing integrative therapy to young adult and adult women who are currently experiencing life transitions, stress, anxiety, problems within their relationships, and those who are seeking personal growth. I work with women who are looking to refine coping strategies and achieve overall wellness in order to live their most vibrant and optimal life.
My therapeutic style follows a gender-specific and trauma-informed framework and includes extensive evidence-based and evidence-informed practices. My work focuses greatly on integrative wellness with women and making healthy lifestyle changes. I am also trained extensively in the treatment of trauma and holistic health coaching.
