My therapeutic style follows a gender-specific and trauma-informed framework and includes extensive evidence-based and evidence-informed practices. My work focuses greatly on integrative wellness with women and making healthy lifestyle changes. I am also trained extensively in the treatment of trauma and holistic health coaching.
