About
Anxiety, Stress, Depression. You are not alone. These are trying times and you need support. Together, we will examine unmanageable thoughts, feelings and barriers to contentment. Using practical, strengths-based and insight-oriented therapies, you will develop better mood, coping skills, life skills, and stress management. I also offer Mindfulness strategies and holistic approaches to wellness. Together, we will set attainable goals that free you from old patterns, allowing for personal growth and meaningful change. Individual, partner and group therapies are offered.
The therapeutic relationship is an important tool for learning to manage complex histories, emotions, trauma, fear, grief and loss. Through compassionate therapy and the supportive environment, we can work together to improve mood, emotional regulation, self-esteem and your relationships. My approach is trauma-informed and also LGBTQIA affirming.
Therapy creates space for insight and potential. Whatever discomfort you may be feeling is well-served by your inquiry and exploration. Whether you have lifelong challenges or current stressors, my intention is to offer nonjudgmental, compassionate care that empowers you to discover the best version of yourself. Trust in the process.
