With evening appointments available, I’m here to help you explore personalized strategies that bring relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of control.

I offer counseling for adults and teen, helping them understand and effectively manage anxiety and depression so they can move toward a more fulfilling life. My experience as a high school crisis counselor provides me with a strong understanding of current challenges facing teens and their parents, allowing me to offer informed and compassionate support.

Beginning counseling can feel like a big step, especially if you’re unsure of what to expect. Opening up to someone new can be uncomfortable, and I completely understand that. My goal is to provide a calm, welcoming space where you can move at your own pace. You’ll never be asked to share anything you’re not ready to share.
