My practice is focused on supporting others making important changes in their lives. Most people feel stuck at different points in their life and those times can be valuable opportunities for change. I believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them to make the changes they wish to see in their lives
I specialize in working with people who have struggled with anxiety, mood disorders, or may have experienced trauma and have used food, substances, or other strategies to cope. My career has been focused on treating anxiety, eating disorders, the effects of trauma, and those who struggle with their mood.
I am trained in EMDR and use a variety of other evidenced-based modalities to support people in living a meaningful life in line with their personal values. Taking the first step is always hard, but I believe a supportive therapeutic relationship and humor help ease the journey.
