As a multiracial therapist (Latinx/White), I consider how race and culture affects our identities and how we move and feel in this world. I am interested in helping people understand who they fully are, work through intergenerational traumas, and move forward as confident individuals without shame.
I am also a dance movement therapist and I consider integrating various movement practices, mindfulness, and expressive arts to best help you come back to yourself or discover your authentic self.
