I specialize in working with young adults and college students, supporting you on the beginning of your journey through adulthood. We are living in a fast-moving world that affects our ability to manage anxiety, depression, and stress. You may find yourself feeling distracted and disconnected from yourself and your relationships. You may be experiencing existential dread during these difficult political times all while trying to figure out your life path and purpose. If you feel you are struggling with the emotional, physical, and social parts of yourself, I am here to help you on the path to healing those wounded parts.
As a multiracial therapist (Latinx/White), I consider how race and culture affects our identities and how we move and feel in this world. I am interested in helping people understand who they fully are, work through intergenerational traumas, and move forward as confident individuals without shame. Self compassion and self acceptance is my hope for you.
I am also a dance movement therapist and I consider integrating various movement practices or expressive arts when trust is established. You are so important in this world.
