Our therapy session will include letting go of beliefs and energy that don’t serve you and nurturing the parts of you that need attention.
I use my extensive training in trauma processing to help facilitate healing and growth. Difficult past experiences can cause feelings of sadness, fear, anxiety or stuck-ness in the present. Using resources such as mindfulness, sandtray therapy, EMDR and IFS can help bring clarity, a sense of relief and feelings of hope.
With over twenty years of experience, I have been fortunate to foster profound growth and change in individuals which has been personally inspiring. I enjoy working with tweens, teens and adults. I look forward to getting to know you.
