Not accepting new clients as of 4/1/2026. I help people with ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, or a history of trauma on their journey to build a better relationship with themselves, learn helpful mental health survival skills, and unlock their true potential. I also help artists, musicians, writers, poets, philosophers, and all creative types who are building creative careers or juggling multiple careers to explore interests, hone their path, work with a complicated world, and get out of their own way to enjoy greater creative engagement and personal freedom. I help my clients break down barriers of shame & self-doubt and find their supports.

I am a person-centered expressive arts therapist and mental health counselor with a kind, reflective ear and evidence-based skills training to offer as well as out of the box creative interventions to match whatever you bring into sessions. I love working with queer, trans and non-binary people and serving my LGBTQ peers.

I look forward to hearing from you if my approach seems like a good fit for you. My initial focus is on building a safe and stable therapy relationship together, and then making progress together towards your goals.
