Life can be challenging and throw things at us that feel unimaginable. I believe that people are also in charge of their own lives and can change if they put their minds to it. Feelings of enoughness, connection, and belonging are crucial to a well rounded and fulfilling life. People often underestimate and miscalculate their capability and value and want to feel seen, heard and important. I work with teens and adults who are working through depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment issues, family issues and addiction. I have extensive experiencing in helping heal the family system and helping individuals find their best selves.
Having a connection and alliance with your therapist is crucial. I take an honest and direct approach and want to help you challenge negative beliefs and events that have impacted you. I specialize in CBT, DBT, EMDR (trauma therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, and family and attachment healing as well as working through addiction issues.
