You may look “fine” on the outside, but inside your nervous system feels like it is always on duty. You might be carrying trauma from sexual abuse, feeling anxious, numb, on edge, or stuck in patterns you cannot explain. Maybe sleep is light, your patience is thin, and your mind will not shut off. You may be navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or grief after loss, or trying to support a partner while you are falling apart too. You want relief, steadiness, and practical tools, plus a safe place to rebuild boundaries, self-trust, and a life that feels like yours again.
I help people who feel stuck in survival mode from trauma, sexual abuse, high stress, or major life changes. I have particular experience supporting military members, veterans, and spouses, and I also work with clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and perinatal loss. Together we’ll build tools to calm anxiety, strengthen boundaries, and move forward.
If you’re exhausted from carrying it all, you’re not weak, you’re worn out. You deserve a place where you can breathe, be honest, and stop living on high alert. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to support you as you find steadiness, strength, and a way forward that feels like yours again.
