I have a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families to define and discover/rediscover joy and wellness. Through my experience (20+ years) and education (Ph.D.), I have learned to bring my expertise into the therapeutic relationship in a way that empowers my clients to lean into their inner voice, while creating a life that is centered around their own hopes, dreams, and vision.
