I joined Strouse Counseling and Wellness LLC to support adolescents and adults in developing a sense of self and gain insights in their struggles. I support clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-medication as well as needing to process trauma. I support clients in expressing themselves in a non-judgmental environment and help identify coping skills.
I have a Master's degree in Art therapy from Cedar Crest College. I take a person centered counseling approach and I enjoy being able to give clients the option to supplement their counseling process with creative interventions .
I offer a safe space for clients to process their struggles and identify ways to move forward. Virtual and in office appointments are available.
