I provide evidence-based therapy for teens, adults, and couples facing anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, and relationship challenges. I have advanced training in CBT, DBT, ERP, and I-CBT, with specialized expertise in OCD, phobias, and pelvic pain disorders. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming.
