Are you looking to make a change in how you handle stress? I have over 30 years of experience supporting people as they build skills to feel more in control of their lives. My focus is helping my clients find solutions to challenges and to better manage the difficulties life presents. When people learn to regulate their emotions, improve their communication and more effectively deal with stress, they develop enhanced confidence. I graduated from Wheelock College in Boston with a BS in Early Childhood/Special Education, and after teaching kindergarten special needs, I earned my MSW. I have been a practitioner in schools, inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities, and with home-based services. I am knowledgeable about working with a variety of disabilities.
Over the years, I have obtained extensive experience collaborating with parents/caregivers to navigate school issues or behavior challenges.
