Sometimes things can feel hard and overwhelming. Relationships, work, transitions, grief, and parenting can leave us feeling confused, lonely, stressed, and exhausted and we need extra help. Therapy might help with processing past traumas and triggers in relationships and setting new boundaries. It might be a place to express emotions and thought without judgement and to build stronger coping skills. Therapy may be the place to discover your authentic self and individual needs in hopes to bring more joy or peace. Maybe a person just needs to feel less lonely with their hardships and grief.
I enjoy working with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults. I am certified as a facilitator with Circle of Security and especially like working with parents. I worked inside the school system for the last 9 years and know the pressures and challenges that arise in this environment.
Therapy takes time and can feel like a lot of work. My role is to listen to your goals and needs and provide a safe and supportive place for you. I know that it takes bravery and time to be yourself with a stranger, so I do my very best to build that trust. I feel very honored to do this work with you and strive to help you find some clarity.
