I believe that, in order to live a fulfilling life, you need to discover and be comfortable with who you are, what you love, what you need, and what you want. Regardless of the challenges my clients experience, I always strive to help create lasting change by helping my clients uncover the underlying causes of the challenges. I love helping clients uncover patterns that have created dysfunction in their lives and finding ways to alter those patterns to enhance overall health and happiness. I approach treatment collaboratively, and together, my clients and I create attainable goals that guide treatment.
I specialize in working with children and families with a variety of presenting problems. With children, I utilize an experiential approach that often incorporates my training as a Music Therapist because I have found that when words fail, music talks. I also enjoy utilizing other creative domains.
