I don't claim to know you as you know yourself, you know your brain better than I do. I view myself as someone who is privileged to help you along your mental health journey teaching you new skills, strategies, and offering different therapeutic styles and techniques.
My style is person-centered mixed with narrative therapy. Everyone has a story to tell and often these stories are the roots of what creates us. I have experience in working with a diverse population and concerns for mental health. I also have experience in crisis work and approaching with a solution-focus to help clients with their presenting concern.
Therapy is a cooperative experience, I want to work together with my clients to help them achieve their goals. Which includes if my style is not working, lets talk about it and work together to help give you the best experience possible.
