I have experience treating depression, anxiety, panic disorder, personality disorders, post-partum issues, parenting struggles, life-transition issues, and codependency. I believe that no one should have to go through life feeling alone or undeserving. Your problems do not define you. I provide a safe space for my clients to discuss what is important to them and work to help you achieve the changes you are after.
I work with my clients by coming up with a plan together based on your goals and needs from therapy. My therapy style is client-centered and solution-focused. I use evidence-based techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches.
