Now accepting OHP! Reaching out for help in any capacity can feel incredibly difficult and scary. My goal is to welcome you into a space where you feel safe, seen and heard, and to work with you right where you are at. This is your journey, and I am here to offer support and resources to guide you in the direction you desire to go. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, have unhealed wounds and trauma from the past, or are currently struggling with issues such as infertility, grief and loss (not just death experiences), or just need a safe space to feel, process and heal, I am here for you.
I use a collaborative, client-centered approach to help you better regulate your emotions, understand your attachments, and guide you to becoming the person you want to be. I also believe that our bodies can tell us a lot, so I incorporate basic somatic work in my practice to help you reconnect with your body in a healing way.

We provide psychoeducation and encourage interaction between group members on lived experiences of being raised by emotionally immature parents. We also do some self-identity explorations as it is common to feel like you don't know who you are when you were raised in such an environment.
