Whether you are struggling with anxiety, have unhealed wounds and trauma from the past, or are currently struggling with issues such as infertility, grief and loss (not just death experiences), or just need a safe space to feel, process and heal, I am here for you.
I use a collaborative, client-centered approach to help you better regulate your emotions, understand your attachments, and guide you to becoming the person you want to be. I also believe that our bodies can tell us a lot, so I incorporate basic somatic work in my practice to help you reconnect with your body in a healing way.
