I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have earned a Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. My love for people is why I felt led to this field. I have a passion for helping individuals discover their inner strengths as I walk along side to celebrate their victories. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, military sexual trauma, grief and loss.
I have experience working with trauma whether it be sexual abuse or domestic violence, military sexual trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, depression, ADHD and anxiety. I have a true passion for helping children, adolescents and adults thrive beyond their pain, fears and overwhelming anxiety and sadness.
I like to walk along side my clients and help them discover inner strengths they didn't even realize they had. As we discover strengths together, we will also celebrate each victory.
