Seeing and taking next steps isn't always easy or clear. Whether you are facing struggles in the present, pain from your past, difficulties in relationships, emotions that feel like too much to hold, or unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, I'd love to walk with you as you find or rediscover paths to be a more healthy and full version of yourself. My name is Missy Gray, and I am a LPC-S who works with adolescents and adults.
I have been in private practice since 2010, and am always working to expand and improve what I bring to our partnership. I work most frequently with people struggling with chronic illness, autism and/or ADHD, anxiety and OCD, complex trauma, and stress and burnout. I provide neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA-affirming care with a strength-based focus.
