I specialize in serving children and young adults who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self esteem, or relationships. I also specialize in helping others work through life transitions, manage stress, and facilitate self growth. My experience working in a school setting for over 10 years has allowed me to become very familiar with the issues that many children, young adults and their families face. Based in humanistic therapy, my approach is client-centered. I believe in meeting each individual where they are at in their journey and providing a safe and supportive space for them to meet their goals.
