Hi and Welcome, I am Melissa Medina, a Bilingual-Spanish Speaking, License Marriage and Family Therapist 129577, providing one-on-one individual therapy. Through our journey, I wholeheartedly believe that our therapeutic relationship holds the foundation to help uncover and untangle the many layers we carry to survive in our lives. My passion is working with adults who profoundly want to rediscover and dismantle their layers and break free while bringing wholeness and wellness into their everyday lives.
I work with clients struggling with anxiety and/or depressive disorders. In addition, I work with clients experiencing life transitions, career dissatisfaction, phases of life, family dynamics, issues with boundaries, first-generation, and trauma focused.
I will provide a warm welcome. Follow my introduction of myself and background information. I will also disclose the limits of confidentiality. In addition, I will explain to the clients what to expect in our first initial meeting. I described the intake process and let them know they could ask me any questions along the way.
