My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices viewed through a Relational Cultural lens which, emphasizes mutuality and collaboration. I believe in "empowering with" my clients rather than using "power over" approaches, recognizing that you are the expert on your own experience. Whether you're struggling to find your voice after experiencing trauma, questioning beliefs that no longer serve you, working through body image concerns, or navigating the complex process of religious deconstruction, I'm here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

As a licensed professional counselor with specialized training in selective mutism, trauma therapy, religious deconstruction, and body image concerns, I provide a safe space where teens and adults can explore their experiences without judgment and develop the tools they need to thrive. I am currently offering virtual sessions for GA residents.
