I enjoy teenagers and adults from diverse backgrounds and am passionate about helping clients achieve success in all areas of life. Life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress can sometimes hinder a fulfilling life. I believe that every individual, regardless of age, possesses unique strengths that can be harnessed to achieve their goals and dreams. Clients often describe my office as a safe, calm space where they feel comfortable expressing themselves and receiving compassionate, nonjudgmental support. All therapists in my group practice offer this level of support.
In my practice, I integrate techniques from CBT, EMDR, yoga and energy work, and creative arts to empower clients to pursue their dreams and find lasting solutions, so therapy becomes unnecessary over time. Additionally, LPC Associates can reach out for expert supervision in school counseling as well as private practice.
Currently, I offer daytime appointments and provide secure video counseling for those with busy schedules or limited access to in-person services. I am also expanding my practice to include yoga and energy work, offering holistic approaches to wellness that promote healing in gentle, meaningful ways.
