Everyone's response to trauma is different. With years of experience working with survivors of abuse and neglect, my approach is personalized to align with your therapeutic goals. Working together, my purpose is to offer a safe and trusting environment to establish a variety of tools to enhance empowerment, self-awareness, reduce symptoms of emotional disturbances, and stress management skills.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families who struggle with anxiety, life transitions, mood disorders, relationship problems, and trauma. I hold the following certifications: Autism Specialist, Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional, and Yoga Calm Youth Instructor. I am also trained in EMDR and clinically licensed in Kansas and Missouri.
