I understand what it means to be human, to carry both tenderness and pain, to lose your way, and to feel uncertain of how to carry the weight you've been holding. I am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, and the tender seasons of pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum, and motherhood. I hold space with deep care, gentle curiosity, and attunement to your pace honoring both your vulnerability and your strength.
