About
Taking the first step towards heal inner wounds is not easy and you shouldn’t have to go through it alone. Therapy is a space for you to be see, valued and heard. My goal is to support you on your journey to understanding yourself , healing from the past and creating the life you want. Having worked with diverse identities groups, cultural narratives and trauma experiences, I believe I can offer a unique insight to bridge experiences that are difficult to sort through.
I provide a non-judgmental space and unconditional positive regard incorporating eclectic and evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
I like to bring in a client centered approach in the therapy room because there is no shame in asking for help or giving yourself the chance and space to process the hard feelings that are within you.
