About
On extended leave, emails, texts and calls will not be answered at this time. Taking the steps to find a therapist and enroll in therapy is not always easy, and I am here to help. I am a seasoned therapist who can provide you with a full assessment of personal needs, all while developing a treatment plan to address them. I am flexible in my therapeutic technique, with the use of a relational-psychodynamic approach to treatment, allowing for you to feel comfortable and heard. I feel that the therapeutic relationship is critical in helping you achieve your goals.
I have a direct style that is supportive yet challenging when needed. I often use humor to try and foster a healthy working relationship. I have experience working in multiple settings with clients who deal with issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, anger, adjustment, and overall stress.
Whether you would like help with an issue from the past, or navigating current life circumstances, I will work with you to build skills and feelings of empowerment to create a well-rounded therapy experience, leading to an increase in overall life satisfaction.
