I work with children ages 3 up through adult and specialize in ADHD diagnosis/treatment, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, women's issues, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence. I approach therapy using an eclectic approach incorporating CBT and Solution-Focused techniques, as well as Family Systems theory to help achieve your goals.
We will work together to help you develop insight into your thoughts and actions, so you can achieve a more balanced and fair interpretation of yourself and remedy your life challenges.
