Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift. Wherever you are starting from, my goal is real, lasting change: not just symptom relief, but understanding the deeper patterns driving what you are struggling with and building on your existing strengths along the way. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, cancer, caregiving, and more. In couples work, I want both partners to feel equally heard while keeping the health of the relationship at the center.
My approach is relational and depth-oriented, integrative and humanistic. I pay attention to what the body is carrying alongside the mind, and I work at the level of meaning: what a struggle is asking of you, what you are learning about yourself, and where you want to go from here.
I bring a breadth of lived experience to this work: teaching, building a business, raising children, marriage, and living across different countries and cultures. It shapes how I show up and helps me meet you where you are. I want therapy to feel like a real collaboration: honest, warm, and oriented toward the life you want.
