I provide therapy utilizing a trauma informed approach while drawing from a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TFCBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I incorporate user-friendly mindfulness strategies for emotional regulation.
