My clinical interests include inner child work, Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents, feeling detached or dissociated, and trauma.
I blend body-based therapies with warmth and curiosity, along with an understanding that mental health symptoms can guide us towards what we truly need. I am committed to being your thought partner in getting to the bottom of your feelings: whether it's trusting yourself, addressing patterns, building healthy relationships, or moving out of survival mode.
