My specialty is helping people work through emotions, explore difficulties, address relationship stressors, heal trauma and create safety from overwhelming pain. I work with individuals, couples and families to cope with depression and anxiety, relationship issues, shame, losses, addictions or other behavioral issues, scarcity, family of origin issues and life transitions. Other areas of interest for me as a clinician include inner child work, Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents, deep healing, codependency, somatic experiencing, and complex trauma.
I blend body-based therapies with warmth and curiosity, along with understanding that mental health symptoms can guide us towards what we truly need. I am committed to being your thought partner in getting to the bottom of your feelings: whether it's connecting to your inner child, building healthy relationships, or practicing assertiveness.
