About
I believe that most people come to counseling after many attempts to solve their problem other ways, but have found that those efforts have not led to an outcome that fits, or has been able to last over time. Counseling provides an opportunity to explore aspects of one's self and relationships in ways that lead to increased awareness and greater fulfillment and meaning in relationships and various aspects of one's life.
My specialties include couple, marital and premarital counseling along with family work employing family systems approaches, incorporating attachment needs. In addition, I specialize in working with adults and teenagers with a variety of needs.
I'd like to meet you, and together, work toward the kind of relationships and life that will feel fulfilling and help you thrive. Please reach out to my office to schedule.
