As the owner of Westhampton Therapy and Consulting, I have nearly 20 years of experience working with children, families, and adults. I am a seasoned therapist, national speaker, coparenting consultant and clinical supervisor for new clinicians. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate life transitions, resolve family conflicts, cope with divorce, and heal from grief, loss, and childhood trauma. With a background in neuroscience, play and expressive therapy and grounded in Family Systems theory, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.
I assist families in managing conflict and navigating the challenges of divorce and loss, and promoting healthy co-parenting relationships. With children I use play and expressive therapy, helping them to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and address behavioral and emotional challenges.
I have significant experience working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, and the lingering impact of past trauma. I provide a space where clients can explore their feelings, build resilience, and develop strategies for positive change. My goal is to empower clients to overcome obstacles, achieve their personal goals, and lead fulfilling lives.
